Right now, we offer three core products:
• Red Gold Smoked Salmon – Traditional family recipe, deep smoke, pure flavor.
• White Gold Smoked Black Cod – Rich, buttery, and delicately smoked.

Where is your fish smoked?
Every piece is smoked right in Ketchikan, at our facility in Herring Cove!

Is your fish wild caught?
Yes. Every fillet we smoke comes from wild, sustainably caught Alaskan fish, sourced through local, responsible fisheries. That’s the only way we do it.

Do you ship?
We do! We ship anywhere in the United States, and we do it for free! Each order is packed with care to ensure it stays fresh, chilled, and delicious when it arrives.

How should I store the smoked fish?
Our smoked fish will arrive frozen and should stay frozen until it is going to be eaten. Shelf life varies slightly by product, but you can expect:
• Vacuum-sealed & refrigerated: 3–4 weeks
• Frozen: Up to 6 months

Is your smoked fish shelf-stable?
No — our fish is smoked and vacuum-packed, but not shelf-stable. Please keep it cold until you’re ready to enjoy it.
