Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta

Great for: A cozy, savory dinner.

Ingredients:

• 8 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or shells)

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 2 cloves garlic (minced)

• 1/2 cup grated parmesan

• 4 oz Ketchikan Sam’s Smoked Salmon (torn into pieces)

• Black pepper & fresh dill

Directions:

1. Cook pasta and set aside.

2. In a pan, warm cream and garlic until simmering.

3. Stir in parmesan, smoked salmon, and cooked pasta.

4. Toss well, season with pepper and dill.

5. Serve warm.
