Smoked Salmon Salad Bowl

Great for: A light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

• Mixed greens or arugula

• Cherry tomatoes, halved

• Cucumber, sliced

• Red onion, thinly sliced

• Ketchikan Sam’s Smoked Salmon (torn into bite-sized pieces)

• Capers & fresh dill (optional)

• Olive oil & lemon juice (or your favorite vinaigrette)

Directions:

1. Build the salad with greens and veggies.

2. Add smoked salmon on top.

3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

4. Sprinkle with dill and capers if desired.
