Smoked Salmon & Eggs (Alaskan Scramble)

Great for: Breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients:

• 4 large eggs

• 1/4 cup milk or cream

• 4 oz Ketchikan Sam’s Smoked Salmon (torn into pieces)

• 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for richness)

• 1 tbsp chives or green onions

• Salt & pepper to taste

• Butter for the pan

Directions:

1. Whisk eggs and milk together.

2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

3. Pour in eggs and gently scramble.

4. When eggs are almost set, fold in smoked salmon and cream cheese.

5. Top with chives, salt, and pepper.
