Smoked Salmon Spread

Great for: Crackers, bagels, sandwiches, or party platters.

Ingredients:

• 6 oz Ketchikan Sam’s Smoked Salmon (flaked)

• 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

• 2 tbsp sour cream or plain yogurt

• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

• 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)

• 1 tbsp chopped capers (optional)

• 1 green onion, finely chopped

• Black pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

2. Stir in lemon juice, dill, capers, and green onion.

3. Fold in smoked salmon, keeping some texture.

4. Serve chilled with crackers, bagels, or vegetables.
